Hai Hospitality, the group behind Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, is hiring a Server Assistant to support service on every level and help create memorable guest experiences. You’ll learn the menu, beer, wine, and sake, and work on the floor assisting with side work, delivering food, and handling curbside orders.

We offer training and opportunities for growth, with benefits and a supportive team. Evening and weekend availability is preferred for high-volume dining.

Competenze

• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 50 lbs and restock inventory.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Adherence to safety guidelines.

Mansioni

• Acquaint yourself with menu, specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and sake from beverage training.
• Be present on the floor, assist with side work, bus and reset tables.
• Polish glassware, stock supplies, and stock inventory.
• Deliver food and explain each dish to guests.
• Receive and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
