Salamander Middleburg's Gold Cup Wine Bar is hiring a Server Assistant (AM & PM). Earn $16.75 per hour plus tips while supporting servers and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant/service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support servers to ensure smooth dining room service.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests.
• Assist with table maintenance and dining room cleanliness.
• Reset tables according to fine-dining standards.
• Assist with food running and kitchen-service communication.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food presentation needs.
• Complete opening and closing side work duties.
• Maintain organization of service stations.
• Uphold Salamander Forbes service standards in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.
