Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards.
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service flow.
• Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury presentation standards.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing courses, refreshing place settings, and responding promptly to requests.
• Polish and stock glassware, flatwareand service equipment.
• Support large parties, private events, and banquet‑style service as needed.
• Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, bars, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas
