Server Assistant (Full Time), Monarch Bay Beach Club - Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort

A Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and arranging tableware, and serving water.
• Ensuring all tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects.
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations.
• Assisting food servers with table service, such as serving beverages and bread.
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
