A Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Setting and preparing tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensuring tableware is in good condition and reporting any defects for repair
• Stocking, maintaining, and cleaning designated food stations
• Assisting food servers with table service, including serving beverages and breads
• Retrieving and transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
