Q39 Midtown – Kansas City, MO is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to support servers, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a fast, friendly dining experience.

In this role you will expedite plates through the expo, deliver dishes to tables, pre-bus and restock carry-out and retail stations, and uphold Q39 standards with a positive, professional attitude.

Pay is $8.00 per hour plus a tip pool; we value reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an Efficient Expo Pass System and ensure plates meet standards before guest delivery.
• Deliver plates to guests promptly and engage guests with warm, professional service.
• Provide Active Dining Room Support by pre-busing tables and monitoring needs.
• Maintain Carry-Out & Retail Stations, restocking items and keeping areas clean and appealing.
• Uphold Q39 values by being positive, professional, and team oriented.
