Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a Server Assistant to support the service team in a fast-paced dining room. You will help maintain tables, stock supplies, and assist servers to ensure guests receive attentive service.

This role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required; compensation starts at $7.25 per hour plus tip-out.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly between guests.
• Assist servers with maintaining tables throughout service.
• Refill water and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Pre-bus tables by removing finished plates, glassware, and silverware.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean silverware, glassware, napkins, and other items.
• Assist with running food and beverages when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service stations.
• Restock service stations, glassware, silverware, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Communicate table needs and guest requests promptly to servers.
• Help prepare the dining room before service and complete assigned closing duties.
• Work with the entire front-of-house team to keep service running efficiently.
• Follow all restaurant sanitation, safety, and service standards.
