Sacred Pepper is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to support the serving team and maintain a welcoming dining environment. You will collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service, keep dining areas clean, and anticipate guest needs throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-hire certification in Food Handling and RBS.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with servers to set and maintain dining areas, ensuring they are clean and properly set up.
• Assist servers in delivering food to tables promptly and accurately.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests with attention to detail.
• Support server needs during service, such as refilling drinks and providing utensils.
• Address guest requests swiftly and communicate effectively with the serving team.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the dining areas.
• Ensure smooth coordination and exceptional customer service through teamwork.
• Embodies the values and culture of Sacred Pepper in interactions with guests and staff.
