The Rittenhouse Hotel in downtown Philadelphia seeks a Server Assistant to support the dining team by setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers to ensure smooth service.

You will greet guests, replenish beverages and breads, and help maintain station cleanliness while following HHM's sustainability guidelines. A high school diploma is required, and the schedule may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
