White Lodging is seeking a passionate server at Kimpton Santo to deliver exceptional guest service on-site in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will learn the host system, coordinate with servers and the food runner, and ensure tables are properly set and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always professional and friendly.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, answering guest questions accurately.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment with a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
