Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Server Assistant to support dining experiences at Cloudland Rising in Fawn, GA. You will assist with setup, guest service, and maintain cleanliness across dining areas.

Responsibilities include memorizing menu items, assisting with daily specials, and delivering courteous service while upholding health standards. A friendly disposition and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months of food/beverage service experience.
• Ability to clearly see guest checks and printed information in dim lighting.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner and maintain a clean service area.
• Restock and clean duties as instructed.
• Memorize menu items, recipes and daily specials to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, wait-station, and kitchen service area.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings in person.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and by phone with timely information.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
