White Lodging is seeking a hospitality-minded team member to join our hotel dining operations. The role emphasizes guest service, communication, and teamwork as you support servers, learn the host stand, and ensure smooth dining experiences.

The ideal candidate brings an outgoing personality, strong listening and service orientation, and a willingness to grow into a server role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Training begins day one, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
• Process all payment methods.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
