About The Role

The Server Assistant supports the food service staff by clearing tables, refilling water glasses, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness. Good customer service skills are essential as you will interact with guests and support the waitstaff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with service details for Captains and Food Servers
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report unsafe conditions immediately
• Set and clear tables according to standards
• Stock linen, glassware, silverware, and assist with side work
• Support servers in guest service
• Attend meetings and communicate with management
• Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and mopping
• Perform other duties as assigned, including cross training
• Seat guests

What You Bring To The Role

• Good communication skills in English
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift equipment, trays, and move furniture
