Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Restaurant Greeter to welcome guests both on the phone and in person, manage reservations, and guide guests to seating with menu recommendations. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional guest service at the Stowe, Vermont location.

Flexibility in scheduling across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $20.60 per hour, with benefits available after a probationary

Restaurant Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for dining guests both on the phone and in person. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include taking down reservations, providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. They may also be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction.

Pay Range is: $20 - 20.60

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
