Job summary

Village Tavern, located in the lower level of The Summit in Birmingham, AL, is hiring immediately for both full-time and part-time server positions. Entry-level candidates can start in a support role with a clear path to becoming a server, while experienced servers can earn a strong five-figure income and potentially six figures.

We're seeking team-oriented individuals with 1–3 years of restaurant experience, knowledge of wine and cocktails, and familiarity with POS systems.

• Ability to guide guests through menu and answer questions

Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.

Experienced servers can earn a strong five-figure income and potentially six figures depending on availability, performance, and the number of shifts worked. Experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates may begin in a support role with a clear path to becoming a server. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
