Job summary

We’re seeking a friendly server assistant who thrives in a fast-paced dining environment. You’ll bring guests to their seats, assist in serving, refill water and beverages, and restock food items in the kitchen and stations. You’ll clear and reset tables, and answer customer questions while coordinating with servers to ensure smooth service.

Knowledge of food safety is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service, a team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn food service basics

Job description

We’re looking for a server assistant who is enthusiastic and excels in a fast-paced environment. As a server assistant, you’ll be bringing customers to their seats, helping serve food, refilling water glasses and other beverages, and restocking food items in the kitchen and servers’ stations. You’ll clear and clean tables, and reset them with tableware and napkins for the next guests. You’ll also field customer inquiries and menu questions and let servers know when they are needed.

You should know about food safety rules, and having previous food experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working as part of a team and is eager to learn food service.
