Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, CA, seeks a Server Assistant/Busperson to support the Seasons Restaurant team in delivering an expertly served dining experience. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and ensure unobtrusive, professional service throughout service hours.

Expected to anticipate guest needs, stock serviceware, and perform opening/closing duties. A strong English proficiency and 6 months F&B experience are preferred; certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• 6 months food and beverage experience preferred.
• San Diego County Food Handlers card and Responsible Beverage Service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
• Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
• Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
• Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

About The Role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Server Assistant/Busperson assists the Seasons Restaurant Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.

What You Will Do

What You Bring
