Bar Sprezzatura at the Heathman Hotel in Portland, OR is seeking a Server Assistant to join the service team. You will help ensure a memorable dining experience with energy, teamwork, and hospitality in a high-volume, fine dining setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of fine dining experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand, lift 40 pounds, and work well under pressure. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities within the Makeready collection.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in fine dining or casual fine dining in a high-volume setting.
• Exceptional communication skills in a guest-facing role.
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team.
• Ability to move and lift 40 pounds at a time.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
