Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a part-time Server Assistant. The role supports the server, maintains table setup, and assists with dining service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a golf club environment.

Applicants should have a high school level education (GED acceptable) and prior restaurant experience is preferred. Regular attendance and a willingness to work flexible hours including weekends are required.

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team. Located in Central Phoenix, the Adobe Clubhouse at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a welcoming golf club atmosphere. We want our members and guests to receive an unforgettable dining experience. In addition to our Restaurant and Market, we will be hosting a variety of banquets and events in creating memorable experiences.

Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Server Assistant helps maintain a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the tables. The goal is to partner with the Server to make service faster and better and to help enhance the Adobe Clubhouse food and beverage quality and reputation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational

• Set up tables with appropriate utensils napkins, condiments, etc. before guests are seated.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests answering questions or notifying the Server or management with any concerns guests may have.
• During meal service, provide attentive service to assigned table(s) removing used dishes, filling water, etc.
• Clean tables including removing used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables after guess have finished their meals.
• Sweeping under the tables as well as the general restaurant areas.
• Wipe down tables and chairs to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Restock items such as napkins, condiments, etc., as needed throughoutshift.
• Provide assistance to Server by bringing them additional items they may need for their tables.
• Assist Server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.

Other

• May be scheduled to assist in setting up banquet tables, service food, or other tasks related to events.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training.
• Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment.
• Follow good personal hygiene guidelines.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications: Education and Experience Required

• Pursuing a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous restaurant experience desired.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Position may utilize golf carts; thus, must have a valid driver’s license. Otherwise will not be assigned to this duty.

Unexpired Arizona food and liquor certifications. Must meet age requirements to handle and serve alcoholic beverages. Note: If individual is under 19 years old, individual does not need liquor certification and will not serve alcohol.

Other

Regular attendance is required. Additional hours including weekends may be required on a regular basis to fulfill duties of position. At times, an individual must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.

Work Environment

This position primarily works both indoors and outdoors. At times, extreme temperatures may be part of the environment. Work requires exposure to temperatures sufficiently high. The noise level is usually moderate. Schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, etc. as determined by business needs.

OSHA Category

Category I: Position engages in activities that with a high risk of coming into direct contact with blood and body fluids for which specific precautions must be taken. This position has been identified as Category I as it is most likely to attend to kitchen burns, accidents or injuries.

Rate: $15.15 per hour for 2026
