The goal is to maintain cleanliness, efficiency and customer satisfaction within the Adobe Clubhouse kitchen dishwashing operations.JDM Golf Teammates will role model the core values and behaviors by:Cultivating a positive work environment.Being efficient with time at work.Communicating effectively with management, co-workers, and guests.Being flexible.Maintaining integrity in all conversations and actions.Consistently reporting to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.Following internal procedures and external regulations; and reporting issues to management.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities listed below are essential to the employee’s position.Operational:Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment following established procedures and standards.Sort and stack dirty dishes and utensils for washing, removing any food residue and debris, and ensuring that items are properly prepped and organized for efficient cleaning.May be required to hand wash delicate or oversized items that cannot be cleaned in the dishwashing machine, using appropriate cleaning agents and technique’s to ensure thorough sanitation.Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized at all times, including wiping down surfaces and replenishing cleaning supplies, as needed.Ensure efficient dishwashing practices to help reduce downtime in the kitchen and restaurant.Take out trash when needed.Other:May be scheduled to work at banquet events.May assist cooks with basic food preparation tasks.Participates in pre-shift meetings, taste tests, and training.Conform with all safety standards and use of all appropriate safety equipment.Follow good personal hygiene guidelines.Performs other duties, as assigned.Education and Experience RequiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) or pursuing diploma.Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant or similar setting preferred.Skills and AbilitiesAbility to operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong teamwork and collaboration: Ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and other restaurant staffStrong communication skills including effective listening.Flexible and adaptable to changes in workflow, menu items, staff, etc.Ability to remain calm during peak hoursComputer SkillsRequired:Ability to use employee self-service on company’s human resources/payroll databaseCertificates, Licenses, RegistrationsRequired: Position may utilize golf carts; thus, must have a valid driver’s license.Unexpired Arizona food certifications.
