Job summary

Main Event Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Server and ensure Guests have an amazing experience. You will help with refills, pre-bussing, turns, and maintaining spotless dining areas while greeting Guests and taking drink orders.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to safety and sanitation standards. This role may require working days, nights, and weekends in a lively entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and customer service orientation.
• Teamwork is essential to support service goals.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sense of urgency.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Communicate effectively with Management, Team Members and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Assisting with greeting Guests and taking drink orders
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Supporting the Server by refilling condiments, pre-bussing tables, and turning tables

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
