Job summary

Hank's Seafood Charleston in Charleston, SC is seeking a Server Assistant to support our dining team. This full-time position involves set up, guest service, and assisting servers with food and beverage delivery to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner.
• Able to clear flatware and dishware, clean tables and replace linens.

Requested Tasks
