The Server Assistant plays a key role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Responsibilities include supporting the service team by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be well-organized, and possess excellent situational awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering a superior dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and anticipating needs.
• Greet guests warmly and sincerely.
• Handle guest challenges tactfully and patiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the service team with setup, service, and cleanup of food and beverages.
• Follow all service protocols, including managing dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, following sanitation procedures.
• Complete tasks according to the Employee Handbook standards.
• Work cooperatively with team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support operations.
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Safely transport multiple plates and beverages.
• Operate restaurant tools and equipment efficiently.
• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work comfortably in variable noise and temperature conditions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in clearing, resetting tables, and transporting dishes.
• Ability to manage a section of tables effectively.
• Ability to maneuver furniture safely.
• Proficiency with cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout shifts.
