FAR Out Hospitality is seeking server assistants to join the team in Texas. You will handle table maintenance, seating, beverage service, and food running in a fast-paced environment, maintaining cleanliness and excellent guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Table maintenance: clearing and bussing tables, glassware, and silverware during and after a meal.
• Resetting tables: wiping down tables, replacing linens, and setting up tableware for the next guests.
• Food & drink service: delivering prepared food to tables, pouring water, and restocking beverages.
• Station stocking: ensuring server stations are stocked with napkins, utensils, condiments, and clean menus.
• Bussing & resetting: clearing dirty tableware, transporting items to the dishwashing area, and flipping tables for arriving guests.
• Beverage service: greet guests, pour water, refill glasses, and help serve drinks.
• Food running: assist servers by carrying plates and delivering dishes safely.
• Cleanliness standards: monitor restrooms, clear debris, and clean up broken dishes.
• Side work: complete opening/closing routines, polish silverware, restock ice and stations.

Core Responsibilities
