Atoboy, a leading restaurant in New York City’s New Korean cuisine movement, seeks passionate Server Assistants to join their team. Atoboy (2016), which offers guests an approachable banchan-inspired tasting menu, quickly earned its spot as one of the leaders in New York City’s New Korean cuisine movement, receiving a two-star review from The New York Times and ranking on critic Pete Wells’ “Top 10 Restaurants” of 2017. It has also been a Michelin Bib Gourmand award recipient since 2017, and in 2021 was included in the Michelin Plate.
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Server Assistants with a strong work ethic and an endless curiosity to learn and grow with our restaurant. For this position, we offer $15/hr during training and $18/hr plus tips once training is completed.
This position reports to the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Beverage Manager.
Qualified Server Assistants must work well with others, have a sense of urgency, and enjoy creating a collaborative working environment that allows our whole team to grow and learn together.
