Job Summary

Butcher & Bee is a vegetable-driven, Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in East Nashville that opened in 2015. We value community and hospitality above all else, extending it to our customers, co-workers, suppliers, and neighbors. We're seeking experienced Server Assistants to join the team!

Server assistants are the backbone of our operations, supporting the server team with all tasks related to guest experiences. Duties include running food, setting up and closing down the restaurant, water service, polishing, bussing, and resetting tables. A clear command of our menu and excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous restaurant experience of 1 year
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas)
• Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to maintain focus and an upbeat demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude to cultivate the best guest experience
