Grove Bay Hospitality Group operates a Michelin Awarded celebrity chef dining experience in Miami Beach. We are seeking energetic personalities to join the team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting servers, prepping tables, delivering food when needed, and maintaining a well-stocked service area. Candidates should have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve complimentary snacks to guests when seated.
• Wrap utensils and prepare tables for guests.
• Clear dirty plates and glassware from tables as required.
• Transport dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Prepare tables by cleaning spills, replacing linen, and setting up condiments.
• Deliver food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Respond to guest requests and escalate issues.
• Arrange tables and chairs for larger groups.
• Ensure server station is stocked with necessary supplies.

Responsibilities

• Serving complimentary snacks to guests once they are seated.
• Wrapping utensils in napkins accordingly.
• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving guests by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables when Servers are busy.
• Responding to guests' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED. (Preferred)
• Proven experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
