Main Event in Louisville, KY is looking for a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll help greet guests, take drink orders, refill condiments, and assist with table turns while keeping dining areas clean and safe.

Holders of Food Handlers and Alcohol certifications are preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, urgency in a fast-paced setting, and flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to workdays, nights, and/or weekends.

At Main Event, our Server Assistants support the Server to ensure that our Guests have an amazing experience! As a Server Assistant, your primary duty is to help with refills, pre-bussing tables, helping with table turns, and making sure the dining areas are spotlessly clean! You also assist with aspects of service like greeting Guests and taking drink orders. You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?
