Job summary

Tom’s Watch Bar in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Part Time Server Assistant to support front-of-house teams during busy service. You will help servers deliver food, respond to guests’ requests, and contribute to smooth, efficient dining room operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quick thinking, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, and retirement options as part of a supportive hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carrying dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Preparing tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, clearing away crumbs, replacing soiled linen, and setting up tableware, napkins, and condiments.
• Delivering food to tables.
• Responding to patrons' requests and informing management of any complaints.
• Arranging tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups of patrons.
• Ensuring that the server station is adequately stocked with necessary restaurant supplies.

POSITON SUMMARY:
