Momofuku Las Vegas, located in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is hiring a Server Assistant to support a high-energy service team with water service, cleaning, and table maintenance. You will help deliver knowledgeable, efficient service while maintaining menu knowledge and allergen information.

Responsibilities

• Support service team with ongoing table and floor maintenance, including water service, clearing and cleaning tables, and resetting with proper tableware.
• Provide knowledgeable, approachable, efficient, and energetic service at all times.
• Maintain full menu knowledge for both food and beverage items, including all allergen information.
• Receive instruction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Assist teammates to anticipate all other Front of House needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
