Job summary

Midtown Table, part of the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts portfolio, is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support waitstaff and bartenders, ensuring a welcoming guest experience and attentiveness during dining.

You will help with running food, maintaining tables, upholding food-safety standards, and collaborating with a positive team in a fast-paced environment at our Jacksonville, FL location. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and ready to grow with a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to guests.
• Professional appearance with outgoing personality.
• Clear communication of guests' needs to team members.
• Hardworking, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Food Handler Certification is a plus and required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and ensure guests have a memorable experience.
• Assist waitstaff and bartenders to provide excellent service.
• Run food orders from kitchen to guests' tables promptly.
• Make sure guests have everything they need.
• Clean and reset tables between guests.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required.

Midtown Table is the latest venture in the Medure Brothers Culinary Concepts portfolio, serving Italian-inspired lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch and craft cocktails. Fresh milled wheat is used to create breads, pasta, and pizza, all crafted by hand.

Our Server Assistants assist servers by performing any tasks necessary to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You are a natural people person who can quickly build rapport with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
