Overview: The Server Assistant will ensure food is served hot and fresh, tables are cleared and cleaned, and drinks are refilled. You will assist the bar with similar duties, help with glass rotation, and refill ice bins. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to exceed guest expectations, possess a positive attitude, and work well in a team. Being well-organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and capable of multitasking are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Welcoming Guests
2. Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and stations
3. Bussing tables
4. Responding to guest requests and reporting complaints
5. Having knowledge of food and beverage offerings
6. Ensuring timely delivery of food
7. Keeping the server station stocked with supplies
8. Being self-motivated and willing to assist wherever needed

Qualifications

1. Ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently, and multitask
2. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, and work in variable temperatures and noise levels
3. Ability to stand for long periods
4. Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required
