The Kitchen Table in Clermont, Kentucky is seeking a reliable busser/runner to support service operations for JBBDCo’s on-site restaurant. You will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables, keeping stations neat, and assisting both kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely food delivery.

Candidates must be 18+, possess a valid alcohol serving permit, demonstrate excellent communication, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

QED Hospitality is a restaurant operations management group, focused on running Food & Beverage operations in boutique hotels and exclusive sites nationally.

As a busser/runner, your first priority is always to deliver food promptly from the kitchen to the guests. Organization is key, as bringing the correct food to the correct table and guest is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:

Clearing and resetting tables during service (busing)
Ensuring that all stations are kept neat and organized.
Flexibility is crucial to this position, as you will provide the helping hands wherever needed.
Helping the kitchen staff and servers prepare for each service.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Required: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have (or be in the process of applying for) a valid alcohol serving permit (specific permit will vary by state). Must possess excellent communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to uphold company standards relating to appearance and dress.

Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the restaurant. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a manual dexterity and coordination to operate restaurant and office equipment and machines. Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
