The Gordon Ramsay Burger - Chicago is seeking a Server Assistant to uphold the restaurant’s standard of remarkable hospitality. You will support servers, manage active tables, prep and reset spaces, and help maintain a pristine dining room to ensure smooth service.

Our Server Assistants areresponsible for providing the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiencesand exceptional hospitality to our guests. The Server Assistant enriches theguest’s experiences by performing key support tasks and working in tandem withthe Servers. Duties include manicuring active tables and clearing, preparing andresetting vacant tables. The Server Assistant will maintain apristine restaurant environment by grooming the dining room and its perimeters. This position will work in tandem with the Servers and Culinary Staff to ensure plate integrity and prompt service of meals to the guests. Additionally, will act as a liaison, communicating between the guest and kitchen, to protect service timing and table readiness.
