Typical Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishes, utensils, and trash. Wipe down tables and seating, then reset efficiently and promptly.
• Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses, coffee, replacing utensils, clearing plates, obtaining condiments, and providing assistance as needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
• Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff for efficient communication and coordination.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restrooms, including checks, cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Assist with general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Support team members during busy periods or special events to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, handle, and carry trays, smallwares, and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
