Red Lobster in Carrollton Township is seeking a Server Assistant to join our dining room team. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating and ensure a seamless guest experience while supporting service staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining room, restocking tables, delivering drinks and food, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task during busy shifts.

Formación

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and stand for a full shift.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first
