Red Lobster in Davenport, IA is seeking a Server Assistant to join our team and help deliver a warm, guest-focused dining experience. You will welcome guests, assist with seating and waitlist management, and support servers to ensure smooth service and high guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, proactive attitude to help create memorable meals and a positive dining environment for every guest.

Qualificações

• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.

• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
