Red Lobster in Woodbridge, VA is hiring a Server Assistant to greet guests, manage the waitlist and seating, and support dining room service to deliver hospitality.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. We offer weekly pay, flexible schedules, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

• Welcoming every guest with a friendly smile and creating a great first impression.
• Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating while providing a seamless guest experience.
• Delivering hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences.
• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food.
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team.
• Following safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room.
• Working as a team, putting guests and team members first.

Your responsibilities as a Server Assistant will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting dining room service by ensuring tables are fully stocked, refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and delivering food
• Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean dining room, and communicating table readiness to the team
• Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards, including light cleaning or vacuuming of the dining room
• Working as one team, always putting our guests and fellow team members first

What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements)

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an entire shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
