Job summary

ProLogistix in North Las Vegas is seeking Server Assembly Technicians/Technical Operators for a full-time, temp-to-hire role. Pay is $21.00 per hour with morning shifts available, focusing on assembling server racks, reading blueprints, and maintaining traveler documentation.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, use SAP/ERP for inventory, and contribute to a clean, safe workspace while gaining on-site training and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be comfortable sweeping/cleaning during downtime.

Schedule: Full-Time | Morning Shifts Available
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Assemble server racks and equipment to prepare for technical operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Create and maintain traveler documentation for devices.
• Record test results using software applications and hard-copy documentation.
• Utilize tools such as White Canyon, Blanco, or iAuditor (preferred).
• Re-box, kit, and prepare devices for storage or shipment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure customer quality standards are met.
• Work independently with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Prioritize tasks and make decisions to meet shipping and production deadlines.
• Use SAP/ERP systems for inventory transactions, inputs, and outputs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support other departments during downtime through cross-training opportunities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
