Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking an energetic server to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality setting in Austin, TX. You will engage guests, know the menu, and ensure satisfaction through attentive hospitality and accurate handling of payments.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to thrive during busy periods. On-site work with opportunities across multiple properties, plus benefits and growth within a leading hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and social personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be able to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods; available weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests and create personal connections.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and be an ambassador for the establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• A server will provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings

• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions

• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
