Job summary

EPIND Epicor India is seeking a Server Administrator to install, maintain, and secure enterprise servers across a large environment in Austin, TX. You will manage physical and virtual servers, apply patches, and ensure high availability.

This role emphasizes scripting automation, AD access management, and documentation. You\'ll join a 24x7 on-call rotation and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines while upholding security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in server administration and troubleshooting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of server hardware, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Active Directory, DNS, basic networking, and monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Site24x7, or Datadog.
• Experience with patching solutions such as Tanium or BigFix, Microsoft Azure, Nutanix, backup and recovery, Citrix, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux is desirable.
• Ability to work as part of a team, identify and seek needed information, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
