Arrow Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, MO is seeking a part-time Server to greet residents, assist during meals, and keep the dining room welcoming. The role emphasizes friendly service and teamwork in a home-like environment.

Shifts are Monday and Sunday, 7:00am to 2:30pm. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and be criminally cleared. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with Residents.
• Must have a positive and energetic attitude towards Residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and create a welcoming dining environment.
• Prep tables and meal service areas to ensure smooth service.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Communicate dietary changes and resident needs to supervisors.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
