Arrow Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, MO is hiring a Part-Time Server to join our dining services team. The role emphasizes cheerful, resident-centered service during Friday and Saturday shifts, greeting residents, helping with seating and meal service, and keeping the dining room clean and welcoming.

The position requires English communication, a positive attitude, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with benefits including a 401(k) match, health insurance, and paid time

Qualifications

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome, be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
• Prepare dining tables and service areas; prep salads and silverware for service.
• Bus tables and keep the dining area clean and tidy to maintain a welcoming community.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary observations or changes are noted.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and help them after a fall as needed.

6:30am to 2:30pm
