Arrow Senior Living is seeking a part-time Server in Nixa, MO. The role includes greeting residents, ensuring a welcoming dining experience, and supporting meal service in a home-like environment.

The position requires standing, light lifting, and the ability to relate well with residents, with a shift schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. Compensation ranges from $15 to $22.25 per hour, with benefits such as 401(k) matching, health insurance, and PTO,

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen years old.
• English reading/writing at least 8th grade proficiency.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and mobility, including after falls.
• Criminal background check is required.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday

4:30pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
