Job summary

Vitalia Active Adult Community at Solon is seeking a part-time Server to join our dining services team in Solon, OH. You will greet residents, assist with meal service, and help maintain a welcoming dining environment.

The position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with a schedule of Wednesdays through Saturdays from 4:30pm to 7:15pm. We value energetic individuals who interact well with residents and contribute to a positive community experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents.
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections among residents.
• Assist with meal service preparation and table setup.
• Clear tables and help keep dining areas tidy.
