Job summary

Fenderz, located in the Wyndham Garden in York, PA, is seeking a guest-oriented Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a friendly, professional approach.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior customer service experience is preferred, and availability to work nights, weekends or holidays. Strong English communication and basic math skills are important to provide accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Provide attentive and pro-active service to all guests.
• Process payment and issue proper change when applicable.
• Ensure accurate reporting and processing of all checks and receipts.
• Complete side-work and cleaning duties in accordance with company and brand standards.
• Follow all safety and operational standards.
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance in accordance with brand standards and consistent attendance.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests (internal and external) in a friendly, professional manner
