Job summary

Wyndemere Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join our culinary team. The role involves full-scope, hands-on serving within the community, with responsibilities ranging from setting tables to answering questions about menu items and delivering excellent service.

Shift options include full-time or part-time, with hours around 11AM-7:30PM or 4:00PM-8:00PM and a $100 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience with hosting and seating tables.
• Experience in food service work preferred.
• Experience in working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.

Compensation:

$16-17.25 per hour based on experience
