Job summary

A leading senior living community in Wheaton is looking for a Server to join their culinary team. The role involves providing hands-on serving functions, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food presentation standards. Ideal candidates should have food service experience and a passion for working with seniors. The position offers part-time hours, with shifts primarily in the afternoon and evening, from 11 AM to 7:30 PM or from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Qualifications

Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
Experience with hosting and seating tables.
Experience in food service work preferred.

Compensation: $16-17.25 per hour based on experience

Wyndemereis recruiting for a hospitality focused Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
