Job summary

Field Day Brewing Co. in North Liberty seeks friendly, energetic Servers to join our team. You’ll provide attentive service, share menu and beer recommendations, and work with a hospitality-focused crew.

Compensation starts at $4.35/hour plus tips with tip payouts the next morning. We offer medical/dental for full‑time teammates, PTO after two weeks, and a 25% food-and-beverage discount, plus growth opportunities and a fun, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Recommend beers, menu items, and food pairings.
• Maintain clean and organized tables throughout the guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately using our POS system.
• Promote featured beers, merchandise, and to-go offerings.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure excellent service.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and support the team wherever needed.

Field Day Brewing Co. is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our team! If you enjoy providing great hospitality, working in a fast paced environment, and learning about craft beer, we'd love to meet you.

As a Server, you'll create memorable experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, sharing menu and beer recommendations, and working alongside a team that takes pride in hospitality.

Field Day Brewing Co. is North Liberty's first brewery, known for handcrafted beer, great food, and genuine hospitality. Whether guests join us for dinner, drinks, or a special event, our goal is to deliver an experience they'll want to come back for.

Compensation for fully trained Servers starts at $4.35/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• 4-8 hour shifts
• Current hiring priority is weekday daytime availability, with weekend availability preferred
