Job summary

Highland Hills Assisted Living, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dining services team as Waitstaff. This role delivers meals to residents with timely, courteous, and professional service to ensure a positive dining experience.

Key responsibilities include setting up dining areas, serving meals and beverages, engaging with residents, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare dining setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meal Service: Set up dining areas, serve meals and beverages, and ensure residents receive their food promptly.
• Resident Interaction: Engage with residents in a friendly manner, addressing their dietary preferences and special requests with care and professionalism.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
